2019 Presidential Rank Awards Leadership Summit Registration Policies

Registration Payment Policy: Your registration payment must be received in full to participate in the 2019 Presidential Rank Awards Leadership Summit. To qualify for Early Bird rates, registration forms and full payment must be received no later than 10/25/19. If payment is not received by the Early Bird Deadline, the registration will be subject to Regular rates. Online registration will be available until 12/9/19. You must be a member of the Senior Executives Association (SEA) in good standing to receive member pricing. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you have a dietary restriction outside of the categories listed in the registration process, please contact the Senior Executives Association (SEA) office at action@seniorexecs.org. SEA will make reasonable efforts to provide dining options for all attendees, but we cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Please submit requests no later than 12/2/19.

SPECIAL NEEDS (ADA Accommodations): For questions about accessibility or to request accommodations, please email action@seniorexecs.org or call (202) 971-3300. SEA will make every effort to accommodate requests received no later than 12/2/19. Please indicate which Summit activities you plan to attend and detail your requirements. Be sure to include onsite contact information, such as a cell phone number, in case we need additional information.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy: Requests to cancel registrations must be emailed to action@seniorexecs.org or mailed to the SEA Headquarters no later than 11/22/19 to receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11/22/19. No-shows will not be refunded. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request. Refunds may take the form of a mailed check regardless of the original payment method. Event registration fees may not be credited towards other SEA offerings. Full Event registrations may not be shared by multiple individuals during the Event. Substitution of registrants may occur only if the original registrant is unable to attend. Requests to make a substitution may be submitted by email or in writing to the SEA Headquarters no later than 11/22/19.

Badge Policy: Event ID badges are issued through the SEA Headquarters and will be distributed upon check-in at the convention. SEA event badges must be worn during all event activities. 

Photography Policy: By attending the 2019 Presidential Rank Awards Leadership Summit, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the Senior Executives Association (SEA) permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
